Yoga
Classes are held in a small, welcoming group where everyone is invited to move, breathe, and simply be.
Priya shares an authentic Hatha Yoga practice, with 18 years of teaching experience woven into each class, alongside gentle variations to keep every session fresh and inspiring.
Each offering includes yoga asana (movement and postures), pranayama (breathing practices), and dhyana (meditation), complemented by the soothing resonance of sound bowls and music.
Qualifications in Yoga and Wellbeing:
Yoga Alliance and Independent Yoga Network accredited Teacher with over 17 years teaching experience. Qualified in Hatha Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Ayurveda, Yin Yoga, Chair Yoga, Level 2 Personal Fitness Trainer for Children. Indian Head Massage Practicioner. Mental Health First Aider.
I usually share a Hatha Yoga practice, though I do like to change things up occasionally.
Each session includes:
